Getting Started

To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.

Prerequisites

Install node.js and npm.
Install Git.

Setup

Clone the repository by running the following command in your terminal: git clone https://github.com/PromzzyKoncepts/Covid19-Tracker-App.git
Change your directory by by running the following command in your terminal: cd space-hub

Install

Install the dependencies by running npm i in your terminal

Usage

After all the dependencies are installed open the app by running npm start in your terminal

[x] Home page

When the page loads, the webapp shows the list of categories .

Along with the category name, you will display some numeric values per category that come from the API.

When the user clicks (or taps) on a category item, the application navigates to the details page.

[x] Details page

In the details page, the webapp retrieves data from the API to show detailed data in the category.

When the user clicks on the "Back" button (<), the user navigates to the home page.

[x] Testing

Wrote test to check the functionality of the components with React testing library

[x] Styling

Styled the components to match the UI design on dribble
