Overview

BadThings browser/Chrome extension replaces Leftist #trigger words with 'bad things' and 'current bad thing'.

Quickstart

This project uses React 18 and Node 16.

1. Install git, open a console, navigate to your workspace folder, and clone this repo with the command:

git clone https://github.com/CookingWithCale/BadThing.git

2. Navigate to the BadThings directory and type:

npm i
npm start

3. Open Chrome, click the three dots in the upper right hand corer, click More Tools->Extensions, and then toggle the Developer Mode slider on.

4. Load the extension by clicking Load unpacked, point the file navigator to the ~/BadThings/node_distribution folder, and click Select Folder.
