Inspired by rebase.co which helps remote workers migrate to Portugal, this project is dedicated to be a resource to help German Startup founders move ("flip") their GmbH to a Delaware C-Corp.

There are many reasons why it's more startup friendly to run a Delaware C-Corp and many reasons why a GmbH is good enough.

For those German Entrepreneurs who've decided to raise international venture funding or participate in US Accelerator such as Y Combinator or ODX, flipping into a Delaware C-Corp is a strict requirement.
