Covid-19 Tracker is a mobile web application showcasing the covid-19 statistics in Africa. when the user clicks on the countries' cards, they will be rendered to the details page that contains more information about the covid-19 in the selected country. Also, the user can search for a specific country using the search bar.

Installation

clone this repo git clone https://github.com/nedjwab/Covid19-tracker.git on your terminal.
Type cd Covid19-tracker to access the project on the terminal.

Install dependencies

npm install

Build the app

npm run build

Run the app

npm start

Prerequisites

IDE ( VCode For me 🔥 ).
Git.
Npm and node.js installed.

Usage

For anyone who wants to practice html5 or/and css3
For anyone who wants to practice using Apis.
For anyone who wants to practice javascript and ES6 syntax.
For anyone who wants to practice React.

Setup linters.

Clean up react files.

Install Axios.

Install react icons.

Create Redux actions and reducers.

Create Redux store.

Fetch countries and display the statistics from the disease API.

Create the home page with a list of items that are filtered by the country name.

The detail page with the covid statistics in the selected country.

On the details page, the web app retrieves data from the API to show detailed data in the category.

When the user clicks on the "Back" button (<), the user navigates to the home page.

Install react testing library.

Create integration tests using the React Testing Library.

Fix Linter errors.
